Silhouette Sketching

Happy New Year to you all, I have no resolutions but if i did it would be to craft more and to blog more so here to the first of the year.

Here is a couple of cards that have been helped along with my silhouette machine. I thought I would give the sketching feature ago as I have had the pens a while now but not really bothered with them.

My first card is using a flower sketch.

I have use the silhouette software for all the matting and layering of this card. First was to do the sketch I put in the required measurements and let it do its bit then I used the cutting feature to cut it out I created a mat in red card and a scalloped mat in white all on the softwares cutting matt so I could see that all the sizing was correct. I have used papermania craft card and add some ribbon and stamp a sentiment.

I drew around the scalloped edge with a whispers pen to just bring in the colour of the sketch.
